Need costume help

Im looking for advice on good places to get commissioned costumes
that are tailor made like jedi robes and detailed patterned pieces like Palpatines black robe with its wavey stitch patterns. Im looking for reliable tailors who are really good at cloth materials and making things screen accurate with matching materials. Ive already found some good prop makers but I would also like more advice on where else to go for those too for future options. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
