Need advice on buying a fast proto machine

OK, a buddy of mine has been given the opportunity to build a fast prototyping shop for robotics. Yeah, tough job.

Anyway my question is, If money was no object what would be the best stereolithography machine to get?

I know they come in paper,, milky plastic and clear plastic outputs but what are the benefits of each?

I think IÂ’ve seen some expertise on this here. Options please???
