Ned Stark Replica Cloak (GoT)

I'm looking to make a cloak based on Ned Stark's from Game of Thrones. I really need help with picking the material though because I want to match the texture of his cloak. I can't figure out what to use to replicate that. If anyone has any ideas please post them. I've attached a picture of what I'm talking about.
