As much as I love the unmasked ones, I'm getting the helmeted version. What I love about the unmasked photos in the sun is the way the light diffuses through the skin/cheek area just like real skin.

Just comparing the shape, curves and overall look it is very much similar to the P1 Stunt. They must have used the Hunters Lair for reference when George posted pictures of it.

So, did anyone else think that was a seam line I pointed out? It's bugging the hell outta me really. I couldn't spot anything like that on the closed mouth though. It's gonna make or break whether I buy the open mouth really.

RUMADMAN (also on SSF) posted some pics of his closed-mouth figure. He has all three, but... CHECK THESE DETAILS OUT!
These are legit, in-hand photos, whatwith CSC being super-close to him. The glove paint apps are totally stunning, by the way. Notice the light brown highlights over the dark brown of the gloves. Top that off with even lighter brown outlining the fingers and expertly-sculpted seams. Wrist blades also look stellar!
NECA outdid themselves with this release, exceeding even the expectations of the hopeful.

If i there is one version i would get, it would have to be the masked. As much as the head sculpt on the Neca P1 is accurate all around the masked is a MUST for me. The paint job ain't half bad but could be a tad better. I hope Neca have the chance to bring out a P2, that would be epic! it's about time we got some accurate predator figures!
I think the only bad point about the P1 mold is the ankle joints...nothing a bit of super glue can't fix to make the ball joint tighter though
