there are rather easy to make. I just finished doing a couple nuka quantums and these are next on my list. all you need is a couple of clear bottles ( I like using Smirnoff) and matching food color for the perk. as for the liquid i would use tonic water to give it the carbonation effect

I made mine from off the shelf soda. Can't recall the brand but the bottle is dead on, and the colors are all available. Made a bunch for my son so he could have a nerf zombie war with his friends. They loved it!
