Natural Latex

Hi everyone
I just found somewhere near where I live to get really cheap latex YAY! The only thing is that it is advertised and 'Natural Latex'
I remember reading somewhere that natural latex takes a heavy toll on the mould, (I've done a few searches but haven't been able to find the post again) is that true?? and are there any other downsides to using natural latex for casting masks and other pred bits and pieces or for painting on home made skins??
I thought I should check before I bought a bunch of the stuff and then not be able to use it, hopefully I can though because it will effectively cut my latex costs in half
Thanks muchly ;)
