It's a decrative knot that is for sure. It's not a regualr not a sailor would know about and I did not have to learn how to tie in with my eyes shut in the dark. So I don't know. :confused

I have seen that one somewhere, and I think it was called a cloverleaf or something like that.

It was years ago though... I think I was pestering Wakal about something or other (I tend to do that a lot), and we got sidetracked about his taste in paint colors for his display area (*COUGHpeptoCOUGH*) and we ended up on that knot.

It was from some random anime I had downloaded, but this was years ago, and I might not be thinking of the same thing...
