My True Lies Spy Glasses **SHOWOFF**

This is my attempt at the "spy glasses" from True Lies. I don't know if they were a practicle prop or if it was FX. The glasses are close enoughs and the video elements are from one of those video key chains and all parts can be removed and the batteries charged or images changed. The images are on a 7 second loop and are screen grabs from the movie. I like the way it came out, even if it's not 100% accurate. I am making the Lucky Strike cigarettes to go along with it...

Thanks guys. I am thinking of a way to make another pair of these. I would love to figure out how to "shrink" the screen and components, I don't know if other video key chains or other sourced items could work...any thoughts?

How about adding video instead of stills?

Kipkay [burning laser flashlight hack, and TOS phaser blueray laser, guru] has a $40 hack to make a spy camera with sound video sunglasses. Not exactly like the True Lies TV glasses, but fun none the less.
