Here is a build I just finished. A TOS Phaser Hero. The P-1 is a John Long kit build. The P-2 is scratch built using shells from Sporak over at the Tek Prop Zone.

Here is a picture of the shells as I received them. The rest is my handy work.

Very very nice, where did you get the dials from?

The 10 turn I got them several years ago from a member at ASAP and stored them away, it was so long ago I forget... sorry I can't be more helpful!! The side dial is from Nicksdad over at The Trek Prop Zone.

Wow- very nice build! I especially liked seeing the details of the handle build- I hadn't seen that before. Looks like you completely nailed it.

Nothing to see hear. Had too many tabs open when I went over to the fake site to warn people. Accidently posted a warning here.

Sorry, guys.

It's hobby shop sheet brass.

Here it is after I cut it on the band saw.

Drilled the main hole and ruffed in the slots.

The cleaned up the slots with a micro file and polished the piece.

Aww yeah!

Say, if you happen to be wearing red when you beam down, and, you know... you don't come back or something... Dibs on that phaser!
