Hi guys, I just wanted to introduce myself. Over the last few years I have been sculpting and casting a Dark Knight Batsuit from scratch. I have documented the whole process so far on my build web site with step by step photos to show the process in case it helps out anyone else who is interested in building a suit. Here is what it is looking like so far:
I have used my suit to collect money for the local Children's hospital and so far, along with some other local super hero friends, we have raised several thousand dollars through parades, fairs, hospital visits and birthday parties. It has been an absolute blast to not only get to dress as Batman, but to raise money for a great cause at the same time!
