Some other "teenie sculpts" I made:):
one of these Scouts I made back in 1990 and three in 1994. Used Stryrene, Fimo, Silicone (for the hands), wires, leather and rubber...
The helmets have been built together from the same amount of pieces like the real ones, because they also have been vacuum formed. The screen was tinted plexi like the originals.

If you want to know more: here´s a link to the movie storybook:

I added four new sides of my storybook with pictures today, that shows them as well. I´m leaving now for vacation. Have a good time.

again, very nice. Your attention to detail is outstanding!!!! It's too bad you never produced a Boushh 12", I'm sure that one would be awesome as well!! Great job.

WOW!
It is unbelievable, that these figures are handsculpted and painted, feat. vac-formed armor, tailored garment and are fully posable AND were made up to 19 years ago by an amateur SW-geek with no internet, DVD or such!

I bow in deepest respect Jorg!

These Biker Scouts put Hasbros 12" line to shame...

Hi Steveo, if I would have known you in these days, I would have included Boushh into our cantina scene on the planet Thauro-Gond.
It´s cool to know a real Boushh fan. I love the helmet you made!!!

Hi Stilgar.$ My intention was to made "little actors". That is the reason, why they had been made from the same materials and producing methods as much as possible. But if I would have known all the details I know today, they all would look so much better.

No offense intended Joe, but this is more OT than prop. They are basically action figures, NOT props.

Again: These figures are stop motion movie puppets. No action figures. I made them to replicate the real Star Wars stuff, but in a smaller scale. And if that isn´t enough: they are all in my Star Wars movie. So they all became props itself .

However you want to justify it...they are not actual props nor replicas. Hell, they were just compared to action figures. If the mods are letting it slide though, who am I to complain. I have voiced my complaint.

Hi Qui,
I don´t agree with you. I would more, if they were my own invented movie characters, which I also have. They are stop motion puppets all the way and COMPLETELY custom built. I REPLICATED (sulpt, cast, sew, etc) the movie props in a different scale.

I´m working on clips for YouTube right now.:love
Last week I had canceled my plan that the original version will be shown in public again. I had been askes by a friend who is a moviemaker if he can digitalize the originnal celluloid reels.
I think I´m starting to do all the post production work again, and add an english sound reel to it....:love
