Wow.

The cutaway looks pretty hot, no wonder Vader wore gloves. (Pshhhsssht.... OWOWOWOW[breathe]OWOWOWHOTHOTHOT[breathe])

Nice job; looking at the cutaway, I could imagine a backlit mounting frame with a "Bespin carbon freezing chamber" scene film cel placed on it...

I am running this Saber with a 9V Duracell hidden where the Power Core should be, to the rare of the Saber. The Battery is powering 6 Red Leds.

The Flash Handle I had cut in half was a Heiland Synchronar, the only other part that I used in this cut-away that belongs to this Flash is the very front of the Flash. All the other parts I picked up from my job, or bought. I do have a MPP Handle I might end up cutting once I have everything together. For now I will use the Heiland to hold all the parts together.

Love the idea of having a complete Vader and a 1/2 cut Vader saber beside each other. Awesome job.

Interesting that there is a notch in the guts' front plate. There is a notch just like that inside the emitter of the Anakin AOTC saber. According to the Visual Dictionary for the original trilogy Vader built this lightsaber patterned after the one he used as a learner.
Was this an intentional similiarity?
