My new IronMan foam helmet build

Just 10 minutes ago I had this desire to go and make another IronMan helmet, with some electronics. I'm thinking that I won't have a motorized faceplate, since everyone that ever makes one has to also make a larger helmet overall to accommodate hinges and whatnot. And they never open up to the correct height. Maybe someone's figured it out by now, but, whatever. I hope to get the pattern out today, get it all cut and glued in the next 2 days, primed and painted on Saturday. The faceplate will come off, I'm just working on a method of having it sit how it should on the top of the helmet without falling off, and harming any of the lights and wires. And I have to work out a way for some of the back of the helmet to allow for my head to go through. Essentially this is my test helmet. I think that I'll throw a glossy coat of paint on it.

Or maybe I'll get really artsy with it and do hot rod flames!

As for which helmet I should attempt, right now I'm looking at Dung0Beetles' Pre-Production IronMan, which is way cool!

Darn, I can't find that file. If someone knows where to get it, I'd appreciate the info. Instead I'll do a Mark III. They may even be the same file, they're hard to tell apart.
