I'm not sure how I missed this for the past 3 months... but I REALLY dig this piece. Obviously, like everyone else, I love the crown. I really like the angles you've used and the massive texturing on the crown peak. I can't wait to see this with mandibles... NO... REALLY... I CAN'T WAIT... SERIOUSLY... PUT THE DAMN MANDIBLES ON IT CHUCK!!!!!!!

Is there a back to the head?
Coz I was thinking while looking at it, that it's going to be so much cooler and easier to breathe without the back of the head and just Dreads hanging down.

Man that is one awsome sculpt! I have one question how do you guys sculpt these Masks with the correct angle to fit all these different Bios, thats just been bugging me since I got into the Lair, the same with the guys that design Bios???????? Please if someone can jsut answer this question my weary mind will be at rest.

Yes there is a back to it, if you look at the pics of the sculpt itself you will see it. That plaster front is just a cast to sculpt the mandibles and bios on.
I'm not sure if it will fit ALL the different bios but it should (I Hope) fit the P1 and P2. When I was roughing it out I was placing those 2 bios on it to try and make them work with it. I plan to sculpt my own bios over the plaster front as well.
I molded the mandibles the other day and just finished molding the head tonight. I still need to sculpt the tusks and teeth yet.

By the looks of the pix, I think you're going to be hard pressed to get any existing bios to fit it without having the extended "dred horns" sticking out beyond the edges. That being the case, it gives you the perfect excuse to sculpt a custom bio made specifically for your new head.
