Are the fender washers just stacked on the rod? I find it really interesting these washers, that happen to have the correct ID for a steel rod they chose are all over Ep. 1 lightsabers!

I also love that they used the stacked washers and assembled over steel rods.

I can't remember the washer sizes, is it 1 3/4" with 3/8" center hole for the big ones? What about the smaller ones in between?

Dan, incredible work as always! I'd love to see more, these TPM lightsaber hilts are kinda fascinating in their own way, different from the OT sabers.

I've owned several versions of Obi-Wan's TPM lightsaber over the years, and a Qui-Gon. They were all sold off, though.

I'd love to get some new ones!
