For the record, this is a Denix, non-firing replica. It is not, and never can be, a firearm. Just wood and metal that looks like one.

You are good then. Just wondered if you took an old relic double barrel and cut it down. I'm pretty sure NFA items apply even to relics, but as this is not an actual firearm, you are cool. I don't own any replicas, only real guns, so maybe I just look at things in a skewed light.
