Thanks guys :)

The blast marks are done with just an airbrush and the vaseline trick

Roninpred, a new Aquamarine is in the works right now!

Cheers,

John

Thanks again guys.

The vaseline trick, not as you might think , is where you build up the layers of paint and apply a small amount of vaseline over each one when dry. Then airbrush your blast mark and once dry wipe the vaseline off, and with it comes some paint leaving the weathered, damaged effect.

You can also use toothpaste :)

Cheers,

John

Really nice paint-up,love the blaster marks. What did you use for the hose and also the metal hose piece on the cheek?Did you use createx paint? Also as for clear coat is that gloss or matte?

Thanks,Daren
