My last Cap shield ... seriously!

Hi Valor!
I've been roaming the forums for the past couple of hours and have been writing down what I would need for the build.
Know where to get the shield, gonna try the paints to see what I like best and all that(brandwise).
The two things that I can't just go out and get are the brackets for the back of the shield and the star. I know you make the stars(if you still do, some of these posts and threads are from 2012!) but I was curious if you still do.
As far as I can tell, other than the painting of the shield, I'll be needing the brackets and 3M Outdoor Adhesive Tape to keep it on the back. Then some leather belts and buckles to finish the back.
If you have a thread or someone elses thread that goes step by step that'd be awesome as I've yet to find one yet.

To Valor, hey. I signed up on here just in the hope of getting in touch with you, I'm not sure how to pm and am new to this whole forum thing so i apologize.
I'm going to be attending the New York Comic con in October and really need a good Cap shield. I love what i've seen of your work and was hoping, to persuade 1 completed one out of you. Or to find out who can do one ? I would love a completed one but with bullet skid battle worn effect, i have a few pics of exactly what I'm thinking.

Hey, Valor quick question Earlier im 3d modeling a shield i can 3d print and I was wondering you said there is a 3mm valley between each stripe earlier, I was wondering if you had a profile shot of your shield that way i could get a better understanding of the curves. Also what is the height and thickness of yours if you wouldnt mind sharing!

Looks like about a 2mm wide groove in my shield. Others might be different. My shield is 25"diameter and 2.5" deep at the bottom of the curve. (2.5" deep "dish")
