to get the last top wing gun on i will have to move the x wing a tiny bit over front then back until get it a couple of feet away from the cabin lol.

Markas, I gotta ask, What are you going to do with this once it's complete?

It will live in the garden due to its size and will be on display as part of my Star Wars garden I'm working towards slowly

When will you be adding R2?

I have the wing gun ends to make and add and the Perspex wrapping to remove and then I shall add the r2d2 head for the finished look.i will later sometime have to purchase an r2 head from somewhere to sit permanently on the X wing though.i don't have the machinery or knowledge to make my own r2 head yet I've not got a vacuum machine or a 3D printer I'm more old school all done by hand with day to day materials .saying that I could probably find some domed shaped item some place and add the paint job myself if I could find something suitable!

plenty angles the rear exhausts added another foot or so in length sticking a bit out the back there can't be bad its about 17.5 feet long total

It's definitely getting there,but I sincerely hope you won't leave the back of the plane like this though; if you look at any x wing model,you'll see that even the back has details
