My Jason VS Costume- Halloween is coming!

Hey everyone, just wanted to show off my Jason costume that I just got done doing. I tried to make it as screen accurate as possible.

After much labor, lots of blood and some sweat here it is. Sorry for the blurriness of the pictures. My stupid camera hates taking pictures indoors.
I will be wearing this to Monster Mania to show it off.
Any questions/critiques please let me know.

Oh yeah, I didn't wear makeup around my eyes for these shots. My kids had friends coming over a few minutes later and I didn't want to scare them all.

Agreed! Very Nicely Done. How tall are you? What do you weigh? I have a Part 7 costume I did and I had to get some platform shoes as I am only 6'1" and Jason is around 6'4"-6'5" in part 7 and in VS he is around 6'7" or so.

Hey fyfe...I am 6'2" inches and doing the same Jason as Rahl. I think once you put inserts in your boots and extra rubber in the soles you will be more than tall enough. I gain 3" before I even put the inserts in with the boots I have. I haven't put the extra rubber in the soles yet.

Rahl makes a FANTASTIC rendition of the Vs jacket. I know. I purchased one of his fine works of art myself! I gotta say...the blurry pics don't do it justice! It is an awesome piece to wear. Really puts you in the right frame of mind....if there is one that is LOL

I repainted and haired it.

Yeah, with the boots and the inserts I stand about 6'5"

No the SA version has a brown collar...but it's a good reproduction for something fan produced he he

I remember seeing pics like that a while ago when the Friday the 13th message board was working, and even now to this day it stands out as an incredible looking costume.

The boots are bellevilles that I customized. I placed flip flops between the soles. In the pictures there's only one, but I actually used two to get an extra 1/2 inch. (Redid them after taking the photos)
