Hear a short video of my predator 1 hero costume iv finaly fineshed after taking nearly 6 years .. rom reserch to finesh and wiring sorry for pore hands as was trying to show works and hold phone as well and most of sute function's need 2 hands to work proply ... cannon anamatronics , blades functions and all lighting wored and programed my self ,

been a long slog but buy far a bad one and am verry pleased with end resolt and loved every minet of it and think its quite close to movie acuret .. and has been signed aproved and loved by the steven wang him self as hes a good persnal frend of mine . Hope u all like, and thort id show it off to all the fellow predator lovers on themfor room as i love seeing uther peoples work so thort id shere mine .

btw, what about code - is it arduino? u made this code by yourself?
 
O and as an fyi .. the try lazers do work as well just like in the film ,, just the wiring needed fixing at time of this video ... befor some one coments

Yes man at its core is a arduino bord ... was pertchased online from france .. so i had to program it in french to get it to work .lol
There quite nice little bords and verry easy and versitile .. works actualy verry well ... got the idea from the pred sute tham made for cevin hall brother for a convention and bult it my self ... the motion sencer is taken out of a wii remote and striped bare and rewired to the arduino bord .. only thing i didnt like id the arm servo that gos up and down ass added to meny servos and programing for all 3 so left it at cannon ... glad you like it .. makes all my hard work woth while ... and hole sute is warable ,,, but havent had guts to use it yet as its a sute that has put a big hole in my pocket and verry costly ...... but verry woth it ..
 
Great work man, this is awesome.
I have to say a thing about the wii sensor. In my opinion it's not the right sensor to use for this purpose.
I'm developing a servo controller board and I have spent a lot of money to find the right sensor (not found yet).
The right sensor is a 9DOF IMU (9 Degrees Of Freedom) while the standard Wiimote only contains a triple axis accelerometer, the wii nunchuck together with the motion+ offer a full 6 DOF (accelerometer and gyroscope). A 6DOF IMU has a problem with YAW angle because it has not a reference with orientation and it suffers from drifting. The 9DOF IMU has a magnetometer to compensate yaw drifting but it's expensive and quite hard to code
 
Well true the wii sencer is not perfect but works verry well and never broke down or faild me yet in all times using it .
and prity easy to sort and code and cheap if brakes so in all the better choice for me , and bord is verry small so easy to hide aswell
 
Thanx man ... its been a laber and i meen LABER , but a laber of love for 6 years naw and nice to hear good feed back that y work is apresheated ... bio mask is also signed my scot marshle and the steven wang . hew have both persnaly sighned it naw its truly compleat. and as for puting it on ...well iv toyed with it wor some time naw and wanted to sute up in it for charity or somthing worth wile .. but after geting it valued and tolled its worth £10,000 uk am a little worrid of braking it . so not pluked up curadge yet .lol . it is truly an amazing sute to one and look at on a dayle bases .. thanx agane to all members that have helped me finesh it .... and more vids and detaled pics coming soon.
