what are you going for? human hunter or pred?
honestly, i think it makes a pretty cool human hunter, but is too rounded for a pred.

i see it's duct tape. what's the next step?

this is a very low budget project for me...i thinnk i should've added more of a descrpition lol
i'm goin for a pred
i c that it is too rounded to be a pred but that doesn't bother me so much
i'm not concerned about making it super accurate or real lookn
tisn't duct tape, lol it is paper mache over cardboard, duct tape and snowboard helmet. then i painted over all of it with rustoleum paint (usually used for like cars or other metal things XD)

the next step is thinking more about my helmet, then working on the body. I have fishnets now! which is a good step :)
everything else i have ordered or bought.

thanks for ur comment and input! :)

well i can tell you that most people here have started out with budget builds, i know i have (i just never really finished a whole suit)
so jus tkeep doing what you are doing and little by little you will change parts here and here and eventually you will have a more accurate suit....
but this looks good in itsself
this is my son's first build that i started for himback in 08,

If you're having fun doing this, it does not matter if it is low budget or not... that's the most important thing. Keep it up and pretty soon, before you know it, you have made so many adjustments and it will look very good.

Just have fun doing what you like.

cheers ;)

Like I said in the other thread I feel like you are mocking us it looks like you have put no effort whatsoever into this It looks like you wrap your head in duct tape and that's it Sorry if I upset you you said you wanted our opinions

What!!!!!???? Bro ..very uncool ..I have spoken to her in chat ..she is very much part of this community ...I really think what you just said is totally uncalled for!!!!!

CrazyK187 everyones skill/budget and goals differ hugely.

Theres a difference between critism, and YOU just mocking.

wow that was a bit uncalled for mate......you've just made yourself seem a complete idiot

we ALL start somewhere

..the fact that you took the time to plan it regardless of how it looks at this stage...you should be given props for your initial efforts on your first time out..

never get discouraged.... never lose heart....

thanks i won't. i'm actually pretty happy about it. i know it might not be as good as other people's work but that doesn't matter in the long run. thanks again!

Great spirit you have there! What people dont realize is that a great deal of the members on here that probably have screen accurate or close to screen accurate even if they are in the F/X business started out somewhere. Maybe with a cardboard bio helmet or even one made out of duct tape. No one is born with those talents! You yourself enhance those talents. And thanks to Drew and all the early members for making this place, a place where you can learn newer better or just simpler techniques of making a suit! But in the end, if YOU are happy with your creation then who is anybody to discourage you! Dont worry Hateseggs I as well as most all members on here got your back!

hmm... I was just reading the rules earlier and isn't it that such comments from CrazyK187 falls under a behavior that could lead to him being banned? Not cool... not everyone has the means to make a complete project right away. Just my 2 cents.

cheers

The fact you took the time out of your day to belittle someone's elses work not once but twice truthfully says something. The fact that you feel her work is not up to YOUR standards and instead of encouraging them you put them down and pretty harshly at that. Like Lee said you are mocking us with this kind of attitude, if you don't like someone's work and you can't bring yourself to say something in the slightest positive about it ,why don't you just say nothing and move on.

Anywho...Great first mask...keep hacking away at it and each one will get better then the last...keep it up
