i made thes over 2 days

first you need a persil clothes washing cleaner bottle ( as it is the right shape )

1. cut the top and bottom off the bottle

2. peal of the wrapper with the writing on it

3. sand down the outside so the glue it gets a bond

4. print out vinmacmans gauntlet template cut out the shapes on foamies

5. glue on to the gauntlet

6. add finer detailing

7. cover in pva glue 3-4 times to seal in the foamies

8. add a base coat of black or whatever colour you prefer

9. final paint then seal the paint ( i have stioll to do this )

here are some pics

lol that is f ing awesome i bined my homemade guantlets because iv sculpted some but i have not got the cash to get silicone and i have a convention to go to so this will help me big time o well time to go throught the recycle bin lol

That looks great, just goes to show, there is a million ways to make this stuff, and you do not have to be able to sculpt to make something awesome.

That does looks damn nice. It seems you had one of those "light bulb" moments...washing the dishes and realizing "that soap bottle will make a great Computer Gauntlet"

yeah i had my eye on the bottle for a while, so i said to the wife no to throught it out once the bottle was empty

once i had cut off the top and bottom i new it could be done, just waiting to finish another bottle to make the blade side

just had lots of emails about these

so i thought i would revive it

here are the pics on photobucket
