my first mask paint up

hi hunters

i just recieved this mask from joe (ta2pro)

its outstanding.....anyway

i have never painted a mask before so this is new to me

here we go

1. first i had to clean and get rid on the mould lines

3. i still ned to finish this off but mostly done
 
Wow. Are you sure this is your first mask paintup? I have a hard time believing that you haven't done this already. You must be a natural at it. Or, maybe you know a lot more about color theory and layering than I'll ever hope to learn.

Great stuff. Keep at it!
 
See , you now have a problem.....................

Because you have done better than you thought, you are going to want to paint another, then another, then something else , etc etc etc

you are now addicted :lol: ( well i hope so hehe )
 
That's a great first attempt with the airbrush! I recently borrowed a friend's airbrush to attempt a similar project on a Star Wars mask I'm making and I really can't get the hang of using the airbrush....it's a lot tougher than it looks!
 
finished it of so i had to attach the dread (which are latex ones)

still need to get some short stubbys for the sides and aome rings but not bad i think
