My first build, for the Washington DC Awesome-Con

I am new to therpf, but have been in love since I first found it. I love looking at the amazing things that everyone h done on here and wish I could do it too. I have never been a very artistic person, but have always had a great imagination (which thank God has also transferred to my son, I love hearing him play). I have been into comics for much of my life, but have only recently discovered the joys that the conventions bring. I'm like a kid in a candy store, which scares the crap out of my wife, lol. Last year I took my oldest daughter (11yo) and my son (9yo) to Balti-Con, the Baltimore convention and they absolutely LOVED it. They had a great time looking at everything and everyone. They said "next year we want to dress up", which I think is great. And that brings us around full circle to me being here.
My daughter loves She-Hulk and so we ordered a China special unitard in green, a green and black wig, a white leotard that we need to paint, she is using my MMA gloves and her shoes. This is a start picture.

My son, well, he loves everything, lol. We had decided, when I saw OrHadar's prints, to do a Venom/Symbiote suit. I bought the file, and luckily he resized it for me since I have no clue and I sent it off to FabricsOnDemand. I bought some awesome looking lenses from TJack and it was going to be perfect. On a side note, I was making the same exact costume for myself so we could be twins, lol (another time, since I am going to be Punisher). But I hit my first build snag and I need HELP!!!!

The sizing was wrong!!! I'm not blaming OrHadar. He is great, I blame my stupidity for not knowing this better. The suit is maybe big enough for my 3yo. Now I have a week and a half to try and come up with a new costume. Please someone help. Any ideas. He loves Iron Man but I don't have that much money. I am already $150 in the hole for the other costume that won't fit.

And now for my costume. I also bought a China special body suit of Punisher (sorry all you guys that like the new rough look, I love the classic look). I also bought a couple airsoft 1911 pistols with laser sites and some cheap nylons holsters that I plan on sewing some white leather over. Basically making the items on the belt by scratch. I got a paintball mask painted with a Punisher design, because I look nothing like the Punisher, lol.
But then OrHadar struck again and made an awesome Punisher print which I am still waiting for from FabricsOnDemand.
