I decided back in January to go all out for my father's christmas this year and here's how i have got on. Started out with a moulding cast by King Jawa who i am eternally grateful to for even taking the time to make it, i then purchased and cut 24mm thick plywood and used cross members at the back to add both strength and rigidity.
