I have almost finished this task. Yep, it's being a task, what with extracting nails, filler, painting over previous holes etc :lol

There are still a few items missing (yet to arrive), and the 'empty spaces' are not random :)

My objective, as always, is to display my stuff in a way that looks 'cluttered' and all 'mixed up' ... but at the same time ... isn't.

Let me know what you think ?

Like it. I framed my Goonies map in the same way. Glass on both sides to see the great details on the back.

Cheers

The name of this thread made me giggle a bit. And that is an impressive collection! I am really enjoying that Last Crusade tablet. And the maps. And the helmets...

Just curious: Is that an automated external defibrillator?

OK, finally located that pic. This is what the left wall was like before

(And for the katana people, no, my house is not at war :lol)

Very nicely done man. Love it! :thumbsup I particularly have always admired the wall-mounted glass shadow-boxes with the DaVinci Code, National Treasure and Octopussy props in them. Any chance on seeing some more close-up shots of those three? Keep up the good work. Everything looks great!

Re: My expanded & reorganised Prop Display

Thanks guys :)

The cabinets came with the James Bond Egg, Golden Gun etc I had bought a couple of years back.

BUT, it's not difficult at all to make your own, as I am starting to do.

The pictures hanging on the walls are framed in frames I had got locally from the equivalent of your dollar store.

Remove the glass first. Turn it upside down. Cut & stick some pieces of wood on the sides. Spray black. Reinsert glass.

Hey presto, 1.5 dollar shadowbox :)
