My Doctor Who-Parting of Ways: Dalek - Claw/Torch Replica

My friends and I are making Daleks based on Dave Duca's 2005 NSD(new series dalek) design. He did not though, make the Claw for it, as seen in the episode, "The Parting of Ways".

So, here's my pics as it unfolded...

I'll be finishing it up this week and will post the final weathered version then...

what did you use for the hose?.

I used a real hose but had to insert an aluminum rod to force its "S"shape, without it, the rubber would buckle. Then, I molded the whole piece as one, the hose and "o" rings are really 1 solid piece of plastic...
