My Cyberpunk 2077 Trauma team helmet build

I managed to get a bit of paint on to the doctors helmet today.

I had a bit of a break from my Trauma Team helmets so I built and painted a pair of blasters seen in the game. The Militech was a 3D kit which I assembled and painted. The rear part of the slide also racks open and is released by pulling the trigger, cool! The Arasaka has no moving parts. I was also playing with a light up relic chip which is coming along nicely. Thats how far I got. Keep at it chooms.

I'm back to my doctor's helmet after a bit of a break. I made some right balls ups doing it, I broke the top rail bending it to shape. It then defied all attempts to glue it back together so I had to partialy re-make it. I then noticed I has forgotten the lines on the top of the helmet. Fixed that, then the visor which fitted great strangely did'nt fit that well. Still working on that one. Oh well, onward and upward.

I've been working on the Trauma Team helmets again, I got the doctors visor fitting again after a lot of faffing about. I also started the final Pilot version made in card to start off with. It neads a bit of work to get the shapes of some parts more accurate like the visor sides. I need to sort the pipe work on the front of the mask section. It is difficult to get good reference pictures because there is so many variations. I have not gone for 100% accuracy with my helmets and have just made what I like the look of. The pilot helmet looks like it could be some real fun to do. Don't worry it will be fine. I hope.

I did a bit more work on the Trauma Team pilot helmet. I did some shape improvement on the visor, messed about with the tubes on the front and gave the lot a coat of resin. I think it may be on the way to looking half decent. I still have the other two helmets to finish but I want to get this one well under way. It's not the easiest to do with limited reference pic's to work from. That's where I've got to so far.

Hi Chooms, this pilot helmet has been a nightmare to build so far. I can safely say I'm NEVER making another one of these! I am down to using artistic licence and pure invention to getting it finished. This is what i,ve got so far, I dont know how to make the shield part for the tubes on the front yet. Not enjoying this at all.

I have gone mad. This helmet just wasnt doing it for me so I fitted a new diamond cutting disk to my Dremel, made a few un-measured pencil lines and started cutting. After an hour I heated up the hot glue gun, made some plastic replacement pieces and got cracking. The result - I am a lot more pleased with the look of it. I then managed to get the top part of the tube cover made and fitted. At last the pilot helmet looks like it will get finished after all. I can then get the Medic/defender and Doctor's helmets finished. Woop!

I'm a little less insane today. I have tidied a few parts up and cut in some of the false joint lines. I gave it a quick coat of primer which shows the areas that need more attention. It looks like I am the only one flying the flag for Cyberpunk 2077 builds at the moment. I have also done the neurotoxin knife, the Relic chip and the Militech and Arasaka pistols. When I get the helmets finished I will post a picture of the collection. Cheers.

Hi peeps, I have done a bit more of the troublesome Cyberpunk 2077 pilot helmet. I made some greeblies, cleaned up some areas and started the paint work. It's getting there.

I managed to get a lot done today on the pilot helmet. I got the paint and some decals on to it and it is looking a lot better. Still not sure about what to put at the back of the visor yet. I will think of something.

I'm playing through Cyberpunk at the moment and have quite the urge to make something from the game.

I made some more progress today. I made the top and front rail and got them painted and fitted.

This is my Cyberpunk 2077 Doctors helmet with the cameras, torches and laser range finders fitted. I still have to work out the wiring for the gismos and maybe the helmet interior.
