I've seen a couple builds for this suit via 3D print and I wanted to share my foam version. It's still a work in progress but the armor is almost finished then it's off to the undersuit and cape. I'm just finishing up the gauntlets now. Everything was made from EVA and craft foam, sealed, hardened and painted. The carbon parts are real carbon fiber overlaid on sealed foam. Thanks! 20160921_153915.jpg 20160611_214632.jpg 20161018_153122.jpg 20160912_205453.jpg 20161018_153329.jpg 20161018_153012.jpg

Awesome stuff you've got going. Are you freehanding the templates? I've started on on this same suit in foam as well but had to put it on the back burner to finish my TDK suit for Halloween. I have the pep file for the cowl. Yours looks better, not so many seams. I also have templates for the chest armor, boots and gauntlets. I'll be watching this one.

Thanks. I'm using some templates as well as free handing. I also have the pep files for the cowl, chest, boots and gauntlets. Had to scale it to fit me. Here are some shots of the construction of the cowl. The second one I was testing out some graphite colored paint but it came out way too glossy and metallic. It looked cool, but didn't match the game.

Awesome work! The boots and gauntlets look fantastic as does the rest really. I like the CF detailing too. Impressive. Looking forward to seeing the final suit. Very curious about the cape material you have chosen.

Thanks! There are templates for the cowl and chest/stomach on Onekura.com. I have templates for the gauntlets and shin armor and free-handed the belt parts

Thanks for the link! Are these templates ready for foam? I have no experience with the traditional cut and folding of Pep files and was hoping to find something I could take straight to EVA foam.
