My Arkham Asylum Batarang: Opinion Needed

I loved Batman: Arkham Asylum, and since then have wanted a batarang from the game. But the one that came with the deluxe version of the game and the other replicas I have seen have always seemed too big. I mean, Batman is awesome, sure, but how is he going to throw three 15 inch batarangs at one time?

So, after recently building a hobby 3D printer, one of the first things I wanted to print was an Arkham batarang that was scaled more the way I thought it should be for the way it was used. However, due to the constraints of the printer, I have to print with one side flat, and this has created my dilemma. What looks better? The half or the whole. So, RPF, please help me decide which looks better. Ignore the major flaws. A lot of that is due to me making the poor choice of using a belt sander rather than hand sanding initially. These could definitely look way better with some TLC.

First, for scale:

Not bad at all. they could be a bit sharper and cleaner in some parts, but I do agree with youtheat the smaller size looks much better. The last pic reminds me of the panel in The Dark Knight Returns where old bats is holding the 'rangs and lecturing to the gang kids. :thumbsup

Yah, some more sanding with a finer grit should help a lot. Also, I thought that I could forget about the ring-groove in the center section, but now it's bugging me. Once I get one perfect, I'll probably make a cast and do a set to chuck around.

Personally I think the doubled up version fits the game better, but that's just my opinion. looks great either way, great job!
