Not sure what happened but the stls I shared earlier of my gun platforms were not loading properly. I fixed them and added the above patty also. If the dimensions are wrong, please, please, please let me know.

Does anyone know if the Tamiya 1/35 Semovente M40-75/18 is used on the Falcon. I must have seen it on a list somewhere, cause I have one. I put a note in it that it was used on the Falcon. I ck'd on Studio Scale Mods and they say it's the Carro Armato we need. Could be another mistaken buy. I have a few of those, LOL.


PS. I hear it's used on the Y Wing, so not a total loss.

It has some commonality with the M13/40 Carro Armato. The Armato has a few more parts so better to get that one.

That said, Italeri 1/35 Semovente is also required!

I'm not sure about the Falcon, but... the 1/35 Italeri Carro Armato mufflers get used on the Starfire from Jason of Star Command. The Tamiya version doesn't have the correct ridges on the muffler halves. The Semovente does share a number of engine parts with the Carro Armato.

Cool that's good to know. If I could find better pictures of the Starfire, I would love to build one.

Thanks guys I wasn't sure about this one. I brought it so long ago. Back when you could afford to buy these things, lol. Guess I'll have to get the carro too.

Yes I've searched high and low and all I can find is low quality pics. I would love to find some behind the scenes pics of the studio model. That would be awesome. I better not clog up the Falcon thread with Starfire dreams. The ole girl might get jealous, ; )
