Kubelwagen or Schimmwagen is exactly what I was thinking, or Kettenkrad. I think the ribbing needs to go perpendicular to the notch.

I just picked up the original issue Tamiya in grey plastic. I think that might be it. Fingers crossed.

So on the old map, this part is labeled at the Nitto 250/3 Rocket Launcher. I believe it's actually the 251/1 as seen below. However it might actually be two parts. Looks like the second part might be cut off. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks!
