YAY!! I tried it on today to get a feel for it and see what needs to be done as far as lower leg armor goes. Well, it turns out that it is a little tight and takes some finesse to sit down (there is a small stretch factor when sitting), but I had it on for about 30-40 mins, walked around, sat down several times, put both my masks on by myself and found no rips (fingers crossed!!). Like every suit though, I need assistance. I needed help with the feet, but I didn't sit down and put them on either. So, I guess it is just going to be a little tight I think I am going to go on a big diet about 1-2 months before Gen-Con ..Anyway, comments are welcome and appreciated. Enjoy!
Broke out the airbrush and tried to give the bio a weathered look, didn't come out like I planned, but the gold highlights will compliment the gold that is in my armor paint scheme

Thanks pdisc, actually seeing your Celtic bio all painted up is what lit a fire under my a$$ and made me try the weathered look..so thanks for the inspiration man!
After Yautja Sai'Kon posted the link to Vinman's Great Stuff pred foot post, I was reminded how cool of an idea it was. So, after exchanging some pm's with Vinman, I took the leap and tore my old feet off and started the new ones. I used my old base and just sprayed the Great Stuff all around it, after it hardened I sculpted to my heart's desire. They are still not done though, as I need to add the side and back claws. My major concern was durability and getting a toe broke off, but after it hardened and cured I have no more worries Thsi really is an awesome way to make some good feet, I am already 100% happier with these than my last. I am also waiting on a small test piece of DAP Acrylic Latex Caulk Plus Silicone mixed with water and acrylic paint to dry so I can see if we might have another alternate cheap way of making a flexible paint (credit to Vinman for the idea, I just added the paint). So, here are the pics for your viewing delight
