Dear Master Replicas Customer,
We would like to share with you the latest updates regarding your Darth Vader Helmets.
Good news. Our first wave of replacement helmets are on the water and on their way to us. We are hoping to ship this first batch of replacement helmets to our customers by the end of September. Replacement units will continue to arrive in small waves and we will ship them to our customers as soon as they are available. We anticipate that all replacement orders will be fulfilled by the end of November. Once replacement requests have been shipped we will begin fulfilling open orders as additional inventory arrives.
Please be assured that we will continue to work with our vendor to improve the schedule. We will provide you with another update next month.
