MR POTC "Dead Man's Chest" Video

Well, I'm sure that painting it up to the correct colors shouldn't be that hard.
I'm sure you're right. But considering the price Master Replicas is charging for this, people shouldn't have to--it should be spot-on right out of the box. The question in my previous post was meant to be more of a facetious comment on the pathetic quality of Master Replicas' over-priced and inaccurate offerings than a serious query; sometimes sarcasm just doesn't come across as well in print. :unsure

Where's the thump-thump?

I agree that for the price, or for a limited-edition replica regardless of price, for that matter, it should be as accurate as possible. The color should be accurate, and it should have more moving parts. I don't see why they couldn't have made it at least open the heart/crab like in the film. And even if the cross-bars had to be manually reset, having them pop open shouldn't be that difficult, either. It's just a bit of animatronics. A collector is going to pay three hundred dollars for it, it had better be more than just a pretty box. And that's all this looks like.
