I luckily got one. Their site was slow as heck and I had to move my cursor around to find the "Pre-Order" button because no images would load. On top of that the Submit Order page stuck, but it went through.

This absolutley amazes me. I can't believe that many people are into this "prop" and this character. Really, really surprising.
But, to play devil's advocate, wouldn't the Parks' version be considered more accurate since he actually designed it?
For those who missed out, I wouldn't worry. They always seem to find a "small quantity" that were misplaced in the warehouse. They'll probably turn up in a few months.

I actually had it in my cart and decided against it.
300- for a little known EU character, id sooner blow my money on a premium format or higher end GG item. Sabers for 300+ really are tough for me to swallow as ive gotten MR or fan made versions of most of the sabers for like half that...(the v2 concerns me though-that may be a must buy)
Yeah I wasn't that in to this offering. I'm saving my money for Gree and the V2, and the Stormtrooper lid.
It would be interesting to know what large means in this context - ?

I don't see whats soo special about that :unsure The again, I'm not big into the whole Lightsaber thing, so to each his/her own :thumbsup
i hope this doesnt lead both of the EU fans to start clammoring for council and other backround sabers saying that 'well this one sold fast'.
This sold fast because:
1-mara jade is probably the best known eu character by far
2-low edition/free shipping/discounted AND autographed
There is probably NO other eu character that has this much interest and the only thing else mr could have offered on this would have been a lower price since everything else came automatically. Make this offer a Yareel Poof, cut the edition to 100 and have the actor hand deliver it and it still wouldnt sell...
This sold fast because:

It's an ugly saber. But, how much do you want to bet that LFL wanted to do this just to piss Parks off? He has been a thorn in their side for years and they've not been able to stop him from selling his Star Wars saber parts and kits. I really wouldn't be surprised if that was a driving force behind releasing an EU "prop".
