MR FALCON Figures!

OK guys dont laugh too hard!:lol I thought i would make my own figures for the MR Falcon. Ive not really attempted to alter figures before so here we go. Han was fairly easy. I bought a set of Dragon 1/35 figures. They have seperate legs , arms heads etc. I noticed that one of the figures looked a little like Harrison Ford so i just trimmed the nose a little. I have carved all of the collar and detail parts off and made it look as though the coat was open a little. I then made his hair from Milliput. I know its not great but im sure it wil look good when its painted!

My Chewbacca effort so far is most amusing. Its a rough start and needs alot more work. Hes a Tamiya deuce and a half driver. Not really much more to be said on that effort! :lol

I agree. You picked a really good figure to start with in terms of its resemblance to Ford. And your modifications came out very well. You were right: the hair works! Nice job on the paint all around.

Nice job! And if you look at the real models of figures used they really looked like crap, where as your's is way more detailed!!

For a Decent Chewie you might want to start out with one of the WOTC wookie miniatures from their SW warame. If i remever right there is a wookie with both arms raised ... begging to be cut off and repositioned I have a couple of those miniatures and they are cheap and look pretty good. If you computer their scale it comes out to like 1/48, but if you're gonna slice and dice it anyway it shodl look pretty darn close in the end... Just a thought for you
