So I was in my local Gamestop today, looking for something to pass the time. Picked up a Tony Hawk game for five bucks.
As I'm waiting at the counter, I see that they have the MR Davy Jones key for sale. Now that I think about it, this isn't the first time they've sold MR stuff.. Gamestop was a good place to get FX Lightsabers back in the day.
What struck me was the price... $6.99. Seven bucks. It goes for double that on MR's site, and pretty much everywhere else. The box was different than the one you usually see on the 'net, but the key was the same. All-metal, weathered, with a leather strap.
Couldn't pass it up.
Got it hanging up in my living room.
Damn good deal for anyone that doesn't want to deal with online, or is on the fence about it.
