MPP Reference Pix

Since the reaction has been positive to my Graflex pix in this thread, I've started a similar reference album for the MPP. A bit harder to shoot because of the chrome finish, but I'll do what I can. There are 11 to start but I'll keep adding. If there's a particular part you want done, please post.

Enjoy.

And I know the shroud is incorrect, so Vader guys don't have fits. :D

Nice. I've got a parks and wish I could get that paint finish on the shroud.
Thanks for posting.

I think you can buy paint that dries with that crinkly finish. Worth investigating. Somebody here must know.

Finally a great resource for everything MPP :)

And here's the wrinkle spraypaint but beware to use a mouth mask
and cover or remove everything within a 50m radius when painting :

. . . and a picture of the correct 'Vader' 1 step MPP shroud :

... feel free to add it to the MPP bunch Probe Droid :)

Teecrooz and Sym-Cha, shout out to you both! Thanks for the heads up. Now to set up a paint booth.

Well documented ... I know how hard it is to photograph a chrome surface ... what a shame your push button piece is missing a genuine screw ... good job though :)

I popped into this thread, all of a sudden Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin start singing on my headphones.

Excellent reference pics! Thanks for posting.

Can you tell me if the clamp sleeve is glued fixed to the inside of the clamp or if it is loose and adjustable?

Also, has there been any consensus on which endcap version is the correct ANH? I know the ESB is the version pictured here, but is there any visibility on the ANH endcap?

I think they must not have manufactured the same numbers as Graflexes that were made, as well.
