Movies you can't believe you've never seen

So I was chatting with a friend the other day and we started discussing movies that we had not seen but should have. After a lot of thought I came to the realization that I have never seen Blade Runner. I've seen bits and pieces on tv but I have never seen the full movie. What movies have you not seen that you feel you should have?

Resevoir Dogs. My buddies still give me grief over me having not seen it. But then again, one of those guys has never seen The Dirty Dozen.

Until recently, I had not seen Casablanca or The Maltese Falcon (despite owning a replica).

I've been working on filling in gaps like that.

Never seen:

The Treasure of the Sierra Madre
The African Queen

Blade Runner, none of the LOTR movies, POTC movies, or Iron Man movies. I know I would off the wall love them, I'm just afraid I'd go bankrupt.

I can believe what I haven't seen... other's might not.

Blade Runner- I've seen a few bits and pieces, but never a whole. I've just never been able to catch it from the beginning.

LOTR trilogy- no desire. It's just too long and holds no interest for me.

JJ's Star Trek- no desire. Everything I've seen and read makes me dislike it enough. And before anyone says "how do you know if you haven't seen it?" I've never seen my loved ones murdered either... but already know I wouldn't like it.

I've never seen "Battleship Potemkin." I know it's supposed to be one of the great classic films of early cinema, but nothing about it appeals to me. And i had to sit through "Alexander Nevsky" once for a class, which is supposed to be this brilliant Russian film from the 1940's(?) and maybe I'm just a no-class Philistine, but I thought it was the biggest turkey I had ever seen. I don't think I've bothered to see a Russian film since.

I love telling people I've never seen The Wizard of Oz all the way through. It's a point of pride, now.

Also, those little born-out-of-wedlock flying monkeys scared the feces out of me when I was a kid; never have seen it past that part.

I'm somewhat relieved now. When I started this thread I swore I was the only person on the RPF who had not seen Blade Runner.

As for me I've never seen Lawrence of Arabia. Meant to see it a bunch of times over the years but never got around to it. I didn't see Tron until the second movie came out.

I've never seen any of the Harry Potter films (not my thing) or Twilight (REALLY not my thing).

Oooh, that one is a treat. Love the African Queen.

I've caught a lot of flack for the movies I haven't seen, but I'm working on filling in the gaps. I may have seen every film Chaplin ever made, even the shorts, but I've never seen the Godfather.

I think the only true classis I have not seen is Gone with the Wind.

I've seen everything else...WOW, just WOW!
