Mortal Kombat Movie Scorpion Costume

I want to make a Scorpion costume for Halloween and I want to make it as screen accurate as I can. Only problem is, measurements, I'm trying to guess the sizes based off of screen caps but guessing isn't accurate as the real deal. Anyone have any idea where I might be able to figure it out? I'm thinking the shoulders are about 7-8 inches wide and the front flap is 11 1/4th inches.

Any help appreciated.

Do you have any screen caps to post? I often try to scale things using the width of hands, thumbs, distance between eyes, etc.
You can also do some cheap mock-ups and see if the proportions look right to you before starting with your leather or whatnot.
