I'm considering making a purchase from Moon Costumes soon, and just out of curiosity, how are they (quality of service/product)? The item I'll be ordering is a custom item, so I wanted to see if anyone here knows of how good a service they offer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that's an MR blaster. If this place is selling $10 MR blasters, they're my favorite website ever.

But really, I've been trying to put together a Wolfwood costume for years (like since before I discovered costuming outside anime conventions) and their's looks fairly accurate at a decent price. Unfortunately they say nothing about materials and their pics aren't great.

stay away from mooncostumes and cosplaymagic. As a cosplayer, I have seen many of their stuff in person. It is BAD!!!

I was intending to order one of their Zelda "Majora's Mask" replicas for a Skull Kid costume I'm working on, but I wasn't sure what the product looked like in person. Do you know about it?

pretty sure the gun they're selling is the Rubies "Clone Wars Han Solo Blaster"
Rubies website doesn't seem to want to work right now, the first page loads but none of the buttons do.
It's blue, orange and silver. It takes two AA's and makes blaster noises. Doesn't take much to mod it into a pretty nice looking blaster though. It's ANH style, while the picture they have there is an ESB gun of some sort, possibly an MR.

The earlier promo shots circulating the net of the Rubie's blaster was a Denix-based blaster but colorized by Photoshop. The actual Rubie's turned out to be a bit different.

Well I think I pretty much answered my own query. Their e-mail responses take ages, and all I requested was a size reference and updated photo of the mask. After a week still no response, and the last query I made took about a month or two.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. That has been my experience with these super-cheap costume/prop sellers.
