Where are some good sites that give good info on rubber molding and resin casting? Mainly I'm curious as to how props such as lightsabers or maybe even knives/daggers are cast in resin..something along those lines. Much appreciated.

Smooth-on has a lot of information on their site. They also give seminars if you have a distributor near by. I attended one about 2 years ago and it was pretty informative. Lasted about 6 hours and I believe it was less than $40. They also do longer seminars at their home office in PA (more $$ too).
