Moebius Cylon Raider (TOS) build

Hello, I have been tinkering with this one for a few. Got a little time so I got it ready for paint. Had to chop a lot of posts inside to get it to fit right, did some filling of ejector marks and added some details to the front array and guns. Also I didn’t like the cut outs on the bottom for the trench details so I added some science. Hoping to start paint this weekend.

Off to a good start! I like the extra detail on the 'blasters' especially.
Its cool how Monogram was so true to the filmining miniatures such you can ID the donor parts used. Some simplifiction and a bit of soft molded detail, but still good fidelity.

Thanks, I’m having a lot of fun with it. I just don’t understand why the base has an image of earth on it? Lol. I will fix that in the end.

Started painting, laid black and white under a mix of tamiya neutral grey and flat white. I like it so far. Did I say this thing is huge! Going to build a bigger booth!

Finally finished up my Raider. I have a few touch ups to do but 99% done. Very fun build. I have 2 more in the stash for the future. Thanks for looking
