Thanks! The one missing the eye is an HCG Endoskull I "customized" giving it some "battle damage".

Sorry to resurrect this post - but I've just scored myself one of these busts on ebay - I would also like to know how to go about powering these 12v assemblies!

you can just use a 12V battery pack. Each AA battery is 1.5V so you will need eight of them.

If you want to use your own batteries try this;
