Model of the "Blue Mule" from WHITE LINE FEVER?

Wondering if anyone here knows of a replica/model of the "Blue Mule" truck from White Line Fever or of anyone that I could commission it from? Thanks for any help. Figured one of the talented artists here could pull it off. Feel free to send me a PM.

There was indeed an AMT kit of the Blue Mule but I cannot even find the kit number. There is a 1/25th scale resin conversion available but you'll need a donor kit to go with it as it is only the cab. There is an old thread here on the RPF but sadly the photo links are all dead. I found another review on a different form written by the chap who posted here. Please check out the links below.
