Mobile Suit Gundam Mr. Bushido's masks

I was commissioned to make both versions of Mr. Bushido's masks. Pictured is the full mask.

I started by making the basic form using Apoxie Sculpt so I could sand and shape it after it dried.

After much filing, sanding, and Bondo I was ready to mold it.

The slush cast result from my mold.

I made a copy, cut the resin to make the half mask and filled in the eye scribing.

The final painted full mask.

Haha! No, that's me. I was the only model available when I needed a head to cast.

And then I saw the pic and I went "Ah, 00."
