MNU Wikus ID badge?

I am being Wikus for halloween and I have been having some trouble finding his ID badge. Can you super sleuths help me out? Thanks

Oddly enough, I am also being Wikus for Halloween. :lol

... I think there's a lot of that going around ...

Anyway, here is my free, fan-made Wikus MNU ID:

You must trim it to finished size, then round-off the corners and cut the slot.

I hate to necrobump, but, well, when a topic is relevant, it's relevant....

Does anyone know where one can go to have a single plastic ID card printed? Kinko's or similar? Or will I have to do the old print-and-laminate thing?
