MMPR red helmet visor help..

Hey all, I have this MMPR red helmet, don't know the maker, I got it on a trade a few years ago. It's pretty small (compared to my huge head) and is kinda warped, but I am looking for info on the visor.. does anyone make them ? I can do the clasps and the hinge and all that .. but I am not as keen on the visor or forming tinted plastic.. it will be displayed in my classroom

The visors were just a thin curved, flat piece of tinted plastic. No heat required.

the actual original visors were bubbled you can tell the difference in these two pictures but a flat petg tinted visor can work if your not picky it just changes the over all silhouette of the helmet

depending on who you got the sculpt from they can make a bubble visor for you.

eric101 cosplay sells bubbled perfect visor that might fit in that cast.
